<It would be a clerical entry stating the ICs were served. Nothing more. There is no reason to keep that entry private and that has happened more times than I can count. Something like, 'The ICs were served under seal...blah, blah, blah...' >

If the above is true, then the probable options are:

1. We faild to file the amended ICs. Seems inconceivable to me that we wouldn't, even if not complete/finished.

2. We failed to file becuase there was a settlement which is to be announced.

3. The court is negligent in providing the pacer containing confirmation the amended ICs were served. Possible, but would assume highly unlikely as the integrity of the whole PACER system gets put into question when stuff like that happens.

I would lean heavily toward 2, unless there are other possibilities.
