Is the court required to announce via Pacer that the ICs (infringement contentions) were delivered on time by April 30 to the Special Master?

A copy of all exhibits referenced herein will be forwarded to the Special Master and all attorneys. However, the exhibits will not themselves be filed with the court as they are voluminous and contain highly confidential information.

If exhibits (i.e. ICs) do not need to be filed with the court, then who would make a pacer entry to say they were filed?
