Every trade has seller and a buyer agreeing on a price. The issue here is which party is the agressor

When there is sale at the bid the implication is that the seller was more aggressive and as such it is a indication that the stock is moving lower - at least temporarily- conversely when the buyer is the agressor the share price will rise.

in this instance I definitely hit the bid aggressively as I needed money for Monday and needed the 7500 more than I needed the extra 500-250 dollars had I sold at 16 or 15.5 cents..

Of course should my deal work out I will hopefully have earned more than the 500 dollars and if PTSC does not move in the next week or so I'll be back to buy - and I when I do I'm sure we'll have the same conversartion... did you see that buy at xx.x cents - bet somebody wanted in bad,,, but it'll probably just be me,..

Of course if the stock runs to 1.00 before I get back in - that's more than ok as I have >500k shares remaining !!
