That being the case, how come the price per share fluxuates? If every share was bought when one was sold and vise versa, the stock price would never move. It's only when there are more sellers than buyers that the stock goes down and, it's only when there are more buyers than sellers that a stock goes up.

A sale at the bid is a SALE not a buy. I don't care how you want to spin it.
