IMO, your assessment of the report is correct. Regardless of the positive aspects of the report, the negatives dominated the trading yesterday.

As I`m sure you know, OTC stocks are prone to manipulation, and this was a classic ``buy the rumor, sell the news`` scenario. However, the future looks much brighter for this compnay now than last year. I`m looking at this unjustified drop in the share price as a good buying opportunity.
