It is my understanding that mega techs (yahoo just was involved with a large patent deal with FACEBOOK??) are kind of acting like patent trolls. They are amassing uber portfolios for the purpose of cross licensing with rivals. Kind of a "I'll let you slide on this one if you let me slide on that one"

Now, on the other hand based on your arguement...do you mean it is not worthwhile to enforce, defend, and maintain patents?????
