Next week could be BIG, BAD, or INDIFFERENT ....... As USUAL! lolol

10-Q: for Quarterly Period Ended 02/29/12 due Monday, April 16, 2012
As ease2002f noted, the close of this week marks 11 weeks since the Markman hearing. If we get the Judge's ruling next week, along with the 10q ...... YIKES!! .... to the good or bad!
Was Leckrone lying about $350M in MMP Fees to date?! Was he simply throwing out numbers without thinking? Is our BOD too naive, unsophisticated, unqualified, or just plain too apathetic to realize they had a responsibility to correct him if either of those first 2 are correct?
- If the 10q is weak, and the MH Ruling is bad .... I'd expect a revisit of the lows, and likely lower.
- If the 10q is strong and the MH Ruling is bad .... I'd expect a revisit of the lows and likely lower.
- If the 10q is strong and the MH ruling is good .... I'd HOPE for a steady increase in pps in anticipation of the trial / settlement, but wouldn't be surprised by a slight pop and retraction back to current prices or slightly lower, but above the single digit lows from recent past.
That being said, unless there is a significant change in management and/or strategy and/or communication, or significant change in licensing activity, I suppose we'll be relegated to continual untethered drifting until one of those things happens, or until there is an actual court event of substance like a verdict or settlement.
By the way, when the company says they expect a conclusion to the PDSG dispostion "soon", as they have implied on SEVERAL occassions over the last year or so, what do they really mean?! Is there ever going to be a solution to PDSG?
