I looks likes TPL was able to satisfy the Special Masters requests . Now where is the ruling from Ware on the Markman. I hope the fact that it is taking Ware 90 days to issue a ruling is a good thing for US!

I am not expecting anything great from the new earnings numbers. I doubt if they will post a profit.
