The statements we made during the reexaminations are being used against us. The ruling by Judge Ward with respect to the 584 is being used against us for the 749. Those are facts. Personally, I'm hopeful we will prevail on all issues, but I won't be surprised if we don't, and neither should you. Again, even if we win one I think we will all be very pleased IMO.
