I could not agree more with you. Unfortunatley our BOD has lost control and most likely taking a payoff from DL/TPL. Something illegal has been going on here for sometime. What can we reallyt do about it? Can the SEC get involed and invertigate? Clearly we can not vote them out as they hold the keys to the kingdom....

Sick and tired of the BOD and TPL/DL.
