I've gone off the premise that, at a meeting with relatively low turnout, the licensing partner that was shitfy and fraudulent enough that the company had to sue to protect itself got up and spoke to those in attendance, and represented that the MMP Licensing program has brought in over $350M.

If that happened in that way, the BOD owed those in attendance a CLEAR qualification or correction, not a quasi qualification by Leckrone. Based on him simply saying he's bad with numbers, you could take that to mean they've collected $400M just as much as you could take it to mean $300M or $350M.

At the end of the day, IN THAT SETTING, the BOD was in charge and responsible for the information that was disseminated, and they should have made it clear, if indeed it was presented in a way that everyone would have heard, including them. That's their ONLY source of revenue, and for representations to be made that were not accurate should have been corrected by them. By letting it stand uncorrected, they mis-represented if indeed they heard it.

I hope I qualified my use of that $350M number enough so you and others realize there was no hype about it. Simply put, I believe in companies that say what the mean and mean what they say and take very seriously their communication with shareholders. Perhaps I should know better with this clan, but it's too bad we have to GUESS what things they say and allowe to be said are true and which ones are pure falsehoods.
