"What they need to believe is that settling is better than legal maneuverings. And thus far, legal maneuverings carry little, if any, penalty because they know we're unwilling to go the distance in a court room. ."

During the SHAM a couple of months ago Mr Leckrone pretty much said as much in terms of his strategy.

"Our weakness isn't the patents. It's TPL IMO" and the PTSC BOD.
