Define "insider". Leckrone is in almost total control of PTSC except for decisions the BOD makes (like their compensation, benefits, travel expenses, doomed investments etc). But (asked and answered) Leckrone and other TPL associates are not considered "insiders" for SEC reporting.

At the SHAM, Leckrone claimed to own around 3,000,000 shares, Since he doesn't have to report transactions to the SEC, I wonder how many he owns now...
