After reading most of the post this morning I realize that I was a catalyist to some of the more radical and devisive post that have been posted so far today. I will not take credit for the downward drift of the share price and will allow the 10q take all that credit. However, my intent was to motivate members of this board to attempt to force a change in the mgmt of the company and the direction there of.

I noticed one poster who tends to compile his post in a small font that is difficult for an old man like me to read state that he believes that Swartz will be taking over Patriot and that was his plan all along. Other posters are hanging on the Leckrones playing with C Moore and hiding sales so as to squeeze him out of his rightful share while others believe that no matter what occurs PTSC has been and always will be a one trick pony that is in business to provide a living for the Leckrones and our current Board and it does not matter what material information comes out good or bad while others feel that the stock with low volume for the most part so a rise percipitaed by the MM's.

Then there are those that believe that the long awaited MH ruling will be the key to the sucess we have been waiting for or in the negative vein the end of the run. This is the scenario I for the most part agree with. However, as I said in my previous post I believe that we are long past the point (MH or no MH), where the shareholders should have revolted against the leadership of the company. I attempted with little sucess at the last shm to strongly voice my concerns regarding Board action or inaction and TPL's actions or inactions but too often many in attendance expressed gratitude to the Board or were polite to a Board that has taken the golden apple and allowed it to wither on the vine. At least that is the way I felt and still feel.

So, why I wrote the two post yesterday attempting to stir the pot against the board and to seek some real action I have no idea. I can blame it on meds or age or just stupidity on my part.

I do apolgoize to all of you for my crude method of stirring the post and to those of you whose blood pressure I may have caused to climb and I too hope that the MH results will be positive and that the road ahead will be straight and narrow and upward and onward.

However, two last comments if I may.

I will be the most surprised person if the Lecky's decide with a positive MH to take them to the mat and bring them to court to show the other infringers we mean business. He made it very clear at the last ASM and all previous meetings he attended that was not his business model (I suggested that maybe he should change his business model as it did not seem to be working) and that he believes in settlements not litigation. So to expect him to take these or any infringes to court will certainly be pleasant surprise but it also will be like a zebra changing it's stripes to spots.

The board member who deserves credit for the phrase "we shall see", is Ron. All others including myself just took our cue from him regarding that close.
