So ok, the guy was still smart enough to get his name as assignee........What was Moore doing with Them?...nothing Isnt Moore kind of Broke. All thats history.
Yeah.. Moore is kinda broke.. and all that isn't history... Moore and Leckrone are in litigation over the patents right now... and the outcome will have a direct affect on PTSC...
All because Mr Leckrone got the patents and start to develop them....
PTSC was planning on doing exactly that... Moore didn't have much interest in them, and PTSC tried to legally obtain full ownership (at least of 'Fish's patents').. I remember reading in a Letter to Shareholders by Blum I think (remember him?) that if the microprocessor tech couldn't be marketed successfully then patent infringement would be pursued (I thought hmmm).. I believe this was just shortly before he was forced out.. and IMO because he let that nugget out of the bag..
How did Moore let it slip away?
I believe Mr Moore and myself share the same opinion on this.. and that is, someone with his Power of Attorney assigned Leckrone to the patents...
I have respect for the guy
that makes one of us..
