Do the two of you still think that the construction could come at anytime or do you think that DBcooper may be right in what he posted this AM?

According to the Local court rules, in my interpretation, Barco has 45 days to challenge TPL's new IC's submitted on or before the 30th of march. I am suspecting that the Judge may delay the MH ruling, not that he has to i believe, but will for prudence sake. At least thats my fear.

I was sure under the impression that it could happen at anytime now.TIA, ads
