Trying to look at it from a logical point of view, Barco has aleady made a motion to strike certain of our claims because the ICs were insufficient. I would think that motion is still in play. If the Special Master does not accept the amended ICs he will proceed to strike.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the Special Master's order allowing amendments to the ICs is the final response to the motion. I think he still needs to address that motion. Either agree in whole or in part or kill it.
