To publicly question the integrity of the only independent and "neutral until proven otherwise" person who has to make decisions which will be a (if not "the") major influence on PTSC's survival is, IMHO, the act of someone who is so engaged in stirring things up that he or she has lost track of common sense.

Somehow I feel the rapid deletion of negative comments about the Judge would be, to quote our BOD, "in the best interests of the company and the shareholders". It would be nice for someone to finally do something worthy of the phrase!

So please stop this spiiting contest now and resume it, if you must, after the Markman decision is published. Remember also that the Judge may be ruling on actual litigation if and when there is one. Why risk antagonizing him?
