I have been invested in this stock for over ten years. I guess I'm an incurable optimist which is to say a foolish investor. All these years there have been so many posts, mostly negative, about the board of directors. It is difficult to defend them and I shall not be one who does. We could possibly have had a much better group of people leading our company but quite frankly, I am not so sure the results would have been much different.

Here's my point: 10 years plus of complainging about this so called management team has changed nothing. It has been vilified, and for good reason, over and over and over again with no discernible change in how the company is being runned. So lets move on.

We have reached a critical point in this journey. The waiting is excruitiating (is that how you spell that word???) but we have to wait even a bit longer. Here are my worst fears:

1. The Markman hearing will be a wash and we have to endure another long legal process with a protracted trial.

2. We have to endure more inane posts from DBCOOPER. Here's my suggestion, ignore him. He is simply trying to improve his point score by making controversial posts. Lots of people repsond and he responds to them. Just ignore him.

3. I just had my last glass of wine and there is no more left until the liquors stores open tomorrow. I am hoping that they will open and accept my credit!!!!!

4. Jack Daniels, a very lovely Tennesse sipping wiskey, goes out of business. That really worries me.

With all due respect to my friends from the Bayou state and New England, the Giants will be be playing in the next Super Bowl against .... Hmmmm, can not think of anyone worthy to get there but someone shall be sacrifice before the great prophet ELI. I hope that is not too sacrireligious (again, spelling is not my strong suit). Actually this is not a fear just a smart ass comment but I could not resist. I repeat I have been drinking so either forgive my transgression or ignore me.

Finally, I hope, as I am sure that so many you of also hope, that we get a very nice, (actually great) positive Markman ruling. I hope that the decision will compel all those who infringe to realize that they owe so much of their success of their products to the MMP. And may I also wish that we who profit from this use the profits wisely and for the benefit of those who could use need help.

After so many years of reading this board there are many people I wish to thank so many of you for helping me understand the process, the legal nonsense, whatever. I am reluctant to name specific people only because I do not wish to offend those I may omit who have been so helpful. However, I shall name two, if y'all allow me:

1. Wolfie... Sorry I can not recall your full name (did I mention that I have been drinking?) You have done extroadinary work in keeping us informed through your efforts to publish the PACER documents. I live in NJ but I do hope that someday we meet at a PTSC shareholders meeting where I can buy you multiple drinks. In lieu of that I wish you would accept donations from what I believe to be so many admirers of you. PS I am sure that I speak for many, of not most, that we wish you well in this new adventure (that would be, of course, marrying your sweetheart, BLESS YOU)

2. RONRAN, You have provided such invaluable guidance in the legal matters before the courts. It has helped me inmeasurable. Your honesty is most welcome when you make it clear where your expeience is applicable and where it is not. You are a person, if I may dare say, of integretity (again spelling is not my strong suit, especially after multiple glasses of wine. Damn when is that liquor store going to open?). You may may not be ATTICUS FINCH, but then who is? (Actually, I like to think my Father was but we will not go there.) For those of you who do not know ATTICUS FINCH was the lead character in the wonderful book by Harper Lee, the only novel she wrote. They made it into a wonderful movie, "To Kill A Mocking Bird". I highly recommend it. Don't watch "Wall Street".

I have not always agreed with the comments you both have made but I always respected you both. There are some others I wish to salute but forgive me I can not recall your names. Let me end (Finally he is going to stop!!!) by saying may we all be happy with the final result and may it lead to something very positive.
