so if you all could help me I would much appreciate it.

I understand that Mr. Swarty helped the company stay afloat and for that he received tens of millions of shares via warrants in ptsc. Lets assume for arguement sake that his total take worked out to be 50 million shares. And once again lets assume for arguement sake he still has all 50 million (I think a highly unlikely scenario). Today his share value would be aprox. 6 million dollars

I would agree that this amount of money is a nice bit of change but I fail to understand how this bit of overhang is what is holding our pps down.

If..... ptsc has 150 (give or take) companies by the short hairs as has been mentioned by the company and over this board 1000s of times and if ptsc has this terrific patent on ignite then wouldn`t and shouldn`t the pps be reflective of these future (and current) earning sources?

Would it not be reasonable to assume that our real problem when it comes to current pps is a lack of aggressive and professional marketing expertise within the company? Is it not a real concern that our upper management has not made much headway in keeping the investment world informed of what is happening while making purchases of ownership in the very company that we have such high expectations of?

In closing I appreciate reading all the post from some obviously very intelligent people regarding ptsc however I think on a very basic level the bottom line of what is happening with the pps of ptsc can be traced to the boardroom and the front office. Until they get their act in order we may not be going anywhere fast.

I would very much appreciate comments.

Thanks and God Bless
