Sorry, but that is not accurate. The $85K is for court costs and does not include attorney fees, which must be via a separate motion. Also there is a separate filing asking for $38K expert witness fees, which is not included in the court costs.

Additionally, the jury awarded Brown $8,887,732 for his suit against TPL and $0 for TPL's corss-complaint.
