I say the only authority that matters...the shareprice. IF it is the earth shaking moment some think then the really smart money (big time volume, big time names, no more mom and pop)) will be pouring in and it will be unmistakabe. Otherwise the talking heads can interpet it anyway they want, but that is not going to put money in your pocket.
