After years of not buying she changes course and actually purchases shares. This is a huge turn around IMO.

If she had not been buying for the last few months that would be different, but this is a sea change of great magnitude because it is radically different than her past performance.

If she bought, I find it plausable that others in her circle also bought ( family and friends and business affiliates ).

Also these folks are very money aware. I recall from the SHM they would not take any reduction in pay because of their financial needs. That someone on the "financial edge" ( if you believed that ) would spend any money on a stock purchase makes it more significant than if Buffet bought 10K of PTSC !

Gloria could have bought other stock in a different company, but she bought PTSC stock !!
