Yeah, I guess it's all about perspective, though ...

11 pennies looks one way if your basis is 4.5 cents, and another if it is $1.945; so, can be either sad or glad.

Either way, if you hold, you have a long call option on our capitalistic system, the efficacy of our patent system, and of our litigation process. Sort of.
