Guess I did not realize that is what Ron was saying, that Pacer still has an open file on the case.

I would imagine that if the case was settled or as Ron said if there is any action in the case then Pacer would have to be notified or at the least would be privy to all open and non classified legal documents and thus so would all who subscibe as you do (by the way I am sure I speak for all of us when I say thank you for all you do).

I am not waiting with baited breath, as the Judge will rule when he rules. It is just that there have been many times in the past that we shareholders have trusted what we have been told but as one of our Presidents told us, we need to trust and to verify.

Thanks for giving me a little more insight to Pacer. I guess you could say that Pacer is the legitimate voice of all that comes out of the Justice system.
