Ron, maybe this was in your answer and I just did not see it but after reading your reply to beantown it made me wonder ...... What if TPL settled this suit out of court while the MH has been in process? This is the way he does business as we all know and I would not put it past him to make a deal and we would know nothing about it.

I read where you said there would probably be a Pacer regarding comuniques etc but would there need to be a Pacer or any type of offical Judical response to a suit that no longer existed and therefore nothing for the Judge to rule on.

As I said that may have been what the two of you were referring to but I take full blame for not seeing it in any of the post as I am as always a bit fuzzy.
