Under the MMP portfolio Alliacense still shows the 749, which is a different way of accounting for the 584 'total' idea (749 is the parent patent of the 585). I hope Judge Ware is taking his time to rule the 749 in our favor and is being abundantly careful so it can withstand an appeal. My Op
