Quarter's end and Year's end

We are closing in on the end of yet another "disappointing" quarter/year. May 31st is less than 3 weeks away and is the end of PTSC's fiscal year - but we'll probably again have to wait until late August for an Annual Report.

What will there be to report between March 1 and May 31?

- PDSG status update. Why would this not come from a PR?
Did the deal succeed from the PTSC perspective or not?
How much did PTSC receive or will PTSC pay?
What's the effect on PTSC's P/L and Balance Sheet?
