I completely disagree. The MH will be the deciding factor on the scope of the patents and the future value of the MMP. Immediately after reading the ruling the parties will know where they stand. Immediately ... You don't spend 5 years litigating something and not know exactly where you stand after essentially the most important ruling in a patent case. What this says or doesn't has no affect on the future bottom line results of the MMP. It is up to the BOD to inform investors on the MH results.
