Does a Markman Ruling have to be made public?

Does anyone know if the results have to be made public? Is there a possibility that the parties already received notification of Judge Ware's ruling and may in fact be working on a settlment? I don't know so I am asking for any information that supports mandatory or non mandatory public accessibility to a Markman ruling.
