Message: Does a Markman Ruling have to be made public?

<We need an "answer" whether the companies infrige our MMP and if they have to pay license fees or not.>

IMO, we need to know to what extent they infringe and what is considered a fair license fee.

If they do not infringe on anything, we have several worthless patents which the USPTO reexamined for several years w/o coming to that conclusion. Is judge Ware in a better position than the USPTO to determine whether the MMP patents have patented anything of value? Is he going to tell us that all those years of reexaminations were just a waste of everyone's time because the patents are worthless to start with? Will he accord zero value to the USPTO's reexamination process?

I would hope these questions are part of the judge's thinking. IMO, they should be.
