I thought prior WI-Lan settlements were accomplished via MOUs. Is that not the case? I believe these MOU's dealt specifically with the terms of the settlement. Is that not the case? Given the importance of the MOUs, I assume the court oversaw that the terms of the MOUs were satisfied. Is that not the case? If not, why not?
