But I think there is a separate IC for each Barco product. So if only one IC is struck, that probably doesn't change anything. If ICs on several Barco products are struck, then perhaps that impacts the Markman.

However, I don't think it could happen w/o a pacer indicating it to be the case. Something that significant needs to be documented, imo. The striking, and the offering to Barco.
