Oh, but they did.

<Leave To Amend: This District recognizes motions to strike as requests that

plaintiffs be compelled to amend their preliminary contentions to provide additional information.>

So, the motion is really a request to provide additional info, and the request was responded to by the court. Is there something further that the court must do? The way that is worded, I do not see it.
