I don't think the claim terms are changing as many of them are very similar to the Texas disputed terms. What that means is the infringement contentions center around the claims and therefore nothing should change. What is being asserted against HTC & Acer is certainly the same as Barco. IMO it is a strategy by the T3 for each party involved to take a separate attacking vector. Each one tries a different approach, or something to that effect.
