The way I understand it, Leckrone did not provide requested evidence in a timely manner for either of the trials. The first trial awarded the Browns 8 plus million. The second trial was whether Leckrone could be held personally responsible for payment of the damages. Not sure of the outcome of second trial.
In any case, the Browns are asking the court for sanctions as well as the ability for a third party investigator to have access to all of TPL's electronically stored info. I think that request may have gotten Leckrones attention. Not sure if any connection, but it appears that Leckrone has requested a stay of the appeal related to the first trial. Corrections welcomed.
