The Markman was probably done more than a month ago! Its probably laying in a filing cabinet. Just like my dad's VA. aid an attendance paper work laid around for 2 dam months before it was sent out to be processed. I don't have much faith in the Gov.ever doing anything right And the court system stinks just as bad!

The only thing we can bet on is that we are now one day closer to getting it then yesterday! I wouldnot be surprised that Ware hands it off to the new guy!
