No news from the courtroom deputy

I called again this morning and he (new courtroom deputy) told me that he had sent a message to the Judge on Monday. So far, the judge has not responded to the courtroom deputy.

My question was: Does Judge Ware expect to rule before he retires or will it be handed off to someone else?
