The sale of moderately large quanties of stock (~100K) into the lowball bids could have many reasons. With 16,000 share holders (is that the right number?) there are at least that many reasons.
Also without significant insitutional investment and minimal participation in company buy back of stock there is no anchor to steady things so emotions not reason rules price.
What is needed is a clear understanding of what the future might hold and that is still in limbo until the hearing is complete and the results known (which the consensus here seems to believe will be positive)
IF they successfully clear the current hurdle and begin to pull in revenues from those who have back dues owed for use of the IP to pay and come current AND if this thing begins to pay dividends on a predicable basis as has been suggested, there is reason to believe that the price should rise as to some multiple of the annunal dividend payout. I don't see another way to value this stock going forward (but am open to other's ideas and opinions)
A couple of cents per share per quarter would be very nice (a nickel or dime would be great) and it could bring in some much needed instituional investment and then pick your own mulitplier based on the size of your dreams but keep it reasonable so as not to be dissapointed.
All of the above just my opinion
