I am not buying the theory that the pending Markman ruling is preventing licensing.

As you can see, Alliacense was aggressively licensing the MMP prior to Feb 28, 2007, even though the Markman ruling didn’t happen until June 2007. Why has MMP licensing taken a back seat to all their other portfolios and what is PTSC’s BoD doing about it?
