It would appear that somehow my cookie was changed and the new one was taking me to the illegal site. I had to delete my cookies and then go to my pacer account. That seems to have fixed it for now. I was able to get in to my real account today, and dollar usage is accurate. My anti-virus scan did not pick up anything, surprisingly. I'll change my PW and watch my account expenditures carefully.
