Memorial Day and Why Do I ......????

Sorry for the length of this post but I figured this is one of those times.....
I would like to wish all who read this post a safe, happy and comfortable weekend. I would like to ask but probably do not need to, that everybody on this board takes a few minutes in the next few days to remember what this Memorial Day signifies.
For me it is a day to offer up prayers of thankfulness to God for all of those that gave their lives, that are giving their lives today and who served at one time or another with the possibility of sacrificing their lives for us all of us. They did so for their country not a President but for their Country and like a Church or Synagogue a Country such as our Country, is made up of We the People.
These folks, men and women, are the true heros and backbone of the USA. We must never forget their sacrifices given in life and death. True, I have a very personal reason for my prayers and thankfulness. I have three immediate family members who are serving or who have recently served on the front lines, all in the Middle East theatre of action, (unlike me a late '60's grunt who never shipped over seas).
Even if it were not factual that each of them are or were of higher rank then I, in my eyes they still would outrank me for how and where they served. There is no way I can express to them (though I have tried) how proud I am of each of them, other then to pray, not just today but as often as I think of it, thanking God for their health and their courage to do their duty, yes, to God and Country!
In addition many of us can also give and send thanks and prayers to Fathers, Mothers and other family members who fought in WWI, WWII, Korea etc (probably not many of us have direct relatives that were in the Spanish American War or before or if you do what a genetically strong line you come from!). So though I know you folks do not need me to tell you what to do maybe today is a day for emails to friends and family to remind some of them, especially younger contacts, who in some cases may not realize that Memorial Day is more then just a "fun" Holiday or day off from work but something way more significant.
Now, to business for a few lines.... Just my two cents and I know it will go nowhere with TPL or our Board but if I was in a position of authority at PTSC (boy what a thought as we would be by now either rolling in dough or in Bk). Anyway, if was in authority at this moment, I would immediately file suit(s) in the EDoT against the next most likely infringer(s). Even without having yet heard from Judge Ware and his decision on the T3 MH. It makes no sense to me to be waiting around saving what little money we have to see what the Judge decides.
In a nutshell if the T3 MH ruling is positive for us a filed suit(s) in the EDoT (should of been done as soon as Dan felt we had a "slam dunk", (sorry will not use that term again) time would not have been wasted. Also, according to TPL at every ASM much of the reverse engineering against many (hundreds?) infringers so a suit(s) against at least the one(s) they have the most information on would seem like we are not only ready to go when we receive a positive MH but we would already be going. If the MH is not in our favor and with the legal and fiscal problems of TPL I would think that it is quite possible that we have come to the end of the line.
I would love to see an independent audit to see where our money has gone but that is another issue right now it would be nice to see some positive action on our part instead of having the Board collect their monthly "stipends of $25,000 plus while they wait along with us for a ruling. My message to them would be get off the pot which you have been on for way to long and act and a good first step would be to tell TPL to file in EDoT.
Thank you all for letting me get all of that out of my system especially the part of Memorial Day which in the line of importance to the PTSC issues is far and away the most important item on any day. We can never forget what has been sacrificed for us so we can spend precious life moments worrying and speculating about Patriot Scientific.
Once again thank you all and may God Bless our members of the US Military both past and present and May God Bless All of You.
