Any license announcements etc, IMO, should be subtle, low keyed or somewhat subdued until after the MH rulings and it may continue that way until the T3 case is settled. You never want to wave flags, blow horns or brag in the judge or USPTO examiners face. You don't want to tell them how you have the patent on water, are going to disruptive the world and sue every major company for millions of dollars based on their yet to be announced rulings. No, you don't want to do that.
Announcing the likes of FORD licensing the MMP at the open or within trading hrs is completely different then shouting to the world we have the patents on water or are going to disrupt the world and sue every major company for millions of dollars on their yet to be announced rulings...
Way to make the leap to the most outlandish possibility to defend the BoDs handling of the Ford (& GE) PR... Fri after closing on a 3 day weekend..
apples & oranges
I totally agree with Ease on this
-btw.. I just deleted your 9:39 post.. I don't agree with all the views of HubLeaders here, but when you start accussing HLs of attempting to beat the stock down.. I'll delete it evertime fyi...
