Any license announcements etc, IMO, should be subtle, low keyed or somewhat subdued until after the MH rulings and it maybe even continued that way until the T3 case is settled. You never want to wave flags, blow horns or brag in the judge (or USPTO examiners) face. You don't want to brag how you have the patent on water, are going to disruptive the world and sue every major company for millions of dollars based on their yet to be announced rulings
This is the part of Mike's post I was refering to.. as I quoted.. Equating the release of the signing of FORD Motor Co (and GE as well) as an MMP licensee during trading hours as bragging you have the patents on water and are going to disrupt the world and sue every major company for millions based on their yet to be announced ruling.. is imo absurd... and then actually giving the BoD props for the timing of the FORD/GE PR release when the vast majority of the US investing community is packing their cars to go camping or to visit family for three days is imo every bit as absurd... PTSC has every right in the world to announce such a signing at what most would deem the most opportune time for investors to know... No Judge would hold that against them... Now if you're discussing Leckerone's 'slam dunk' verbiage at the ASM (not too concerned then was he).. I would agree.. but we're not...
I never made any referal to long term affect of share price in my post... you are making that assumption.. Just as you refer to Ron's opinion when responding to my post..
The thought that J Ware is going to decide to use the T3's Claim Construction definitions because Ford/GE were announced Friday morning is once again imo absurd...
The majority of the investing world probably doesn't even know that Ford & GE have licensed the MMP... You can be content in that.. me not so much..
