The fact that they mentioned GE is strange to me. IMHO, it could have more to do with some of these companies being in litigation when the license was signed. I know that GE was in litigation with Mitsubishi (untill recently I think)---Apple in litigation with HTC, etc. Anyone think that could be a valid reason to hold back PRs?

Perhaps the BoD wanted to get that bit of news to us so that we would not all fret over the long week-end. Or, perhaps they thought it best to post it now just in case we get the Markman on Tues. and tooooo much good news in one day may prove fatal to some of us old longs. lol At anyrate, I am glad we got it!! And the mention of GE to boot.

Maybe we will get real lucky and hear of Apple along with Markman win. GL, ads
