Mike, I agree:
IMO TPL/PTSC had to play the "poor, repressed, nice guy, whose inventions were stolen by big evil entities" - as long as they were in the hands of the USPTO and as they are in the hands of Judge Ware.
That's why I said some weeks ago that I expect (hope...lol) a huge change in the way we attack infringers - but only after a positive MH and if we don't have to play any role anymore.
Let's hope the next week is OUR week!
