Personally I do not believe that after a favorable markman we have to wait for appeals, with a favorable markman, PTSC can charge in and demand that all the infringer pay up.

Grant it, we will be filing for a SJ, even when that is awarded PTSC will be in the drivers seat.

Taking into consideration that the patents have been revalidated over and over again, a favorable markman, will only push the stock up ( I hope).

With that being said, if I were an infringing company I would look for ways to minimize my loss, and I would most likely buy PTSC Stock, if it is legal, not sure if it is or not.

Some speculate that AMD did just that.

Regardless, I am looking forward to some fantastic news, I think that the odds are in favor of PTSC are 98 %.
