Discovery is a key issue when dealing with litigation, I have had some experience in court concerning discovery, i.e. new information obtained while investigating current claims in the litigation process.

Personally I wish this was the Slam Dunk, that Leckrone said it would be, Barco threw another monkey wrench into the cogs of the wheel of justice, it’s a temporary to avoid paying what is due, but it is inevitable…..justice is on our side, PTSC will prevail!

PTSC needs to make an example out of these opportunistic infringers that have made billions of dollars at PTSC’s expense.

I personally would love to have a 500,000,000 dollar judgment slapped on them and the T3.

I would also like to see TPL ask for an Injunction, these guys need to feel the pinch that PTSC has suffered, not being able to produce its own microchips, not being able to invent its own products and or processes of patents similar to AMD’s, seeing other companies reap a harvest that they do not deserve.

Just because they made it so hard on PTSC to do honest business, we would have been in AMD’s shoes at this time had not the MMP been stolen.

A huge award would certainly get the world’s attention and those that are sitting on the fence will quickly ask “Where do I sign”.
