If DL and the T3 settle, like the J3, did..... we're screwed.

Practically free licenses, and virtually all court documentation "sealed".

Investors and manufacturers/producers will still be in the dark.

I think this demands a jury trial win.

That will put the teeth into the patents. We've spent a gob of money defending the patents. When's it going to pay off ?

Don't forget. He's got his own litigation agenda building with a different patent portfolio.
