I can only imagine the pressure being exerted as a result of all the complaints, the legal fees, the award (Brown). I see this as really good for PTSC. Perhaps Leckrone will step up the licensing for the MMP and/or announce those thay may already be signed and "in the drawer." After all, GE and Ford signed knowing the Markman ruling is pending. Why would they (or any other company) sign now rather than wait for the ruling as had been suggested for the reason why there aren't more license agreements being announced?
I see the recent Motion to strike as yet another opportunity for TPL to amend ICs and put this thing to rest.
We need a wave of license agreements to follow GE and Ford, a favorable Markman and a well executed plan by our BoD to let the world know. My guess is that if $$$$ started coming in and Moore received everything he is owed and then some, perhaps he won't care as much about who owns the patents, since they expire in 2015 (corrections welcome). With the cloud of ownership resolved, a wave of licenses, favorable Markman and a business plan for PTSC.....one can only dream.
Good luck to all of us.
